Every business owner has the intention to gain more audience to his social media accounts. Of course, it is not enough to have a lot of followers or likes, it is much more important to turn that audience to customers.

Still, collecting both is not an easy task, but there are a few simple solutions that you can use. First of all, I need to tell to all business owners that they need to be realistic. You won’t gain a lot of audience/customers immediately after you make a Facebook page or an Instagram profile.

Even if you do everything right, you still need to wait for the time to pass. In other words, patience is the key; if you manage to make a good marketing campaign, there is no need to worry about anything, the audience and customers will come sooner or later.

So, let’s see the specific steps you need to do that will bring you more customers and audience.

Find an Influencer

You probably saw many pages on Facebook, profiles on Instagram and YouTube channels that are offering some items or promoting someone else on their accounts. Well, believe me, they don’t do that because they like them and they certainly don’t do that for free.

Influencers already have a base of people that are constantly following their work. We can say that they have collected FANS and they influence on their opinion about the specific item, service or even the whole company.

That is the opportunity you should use. Find those social media accounts that are sharing content related to the industry of your business. Contact them and ask them to put your business in front of their audience. Of course, not everyone can be your influencer, but we will talk more in some future articles about finding a proper influencer.

 

Become a Part of Existing Community/Brand Collaboration

There are probably many Facebook groups where you can find other business owners from your industry. Those groups are mostly made to connect people like you with people who have the same goal as you.

Not everyone from your industry is your competition. Actually, I think that business owners that are selling same or similar things or offering the same or similar services need to be united in one network because together they can do a lot of things.

One of the things that you can do together is to promote each other on your social media accounts. For example, you can publish a picture of a product from your “partner” on your Instagram profile, but your partner needs to do the same thing. If you choose to promote yourself through YouTube, you can make videos together about the topics related to your industry.

As you can see, you will get 2 benefits from this method. You will get feedback and you will know if there is something to change or improve, but you will also reach to the completely new audience.
